Introduction 

The Loquat is a good tree that has a lot to offer with a few shortcomings that probably contributed to it vanishing from backyards around Australia. When I discovered a Loquat laden with fruit in my garden, I decided to do some research on the tree and its bounty and try a few recipes to see how I can best use it.
