Celeriac - harvest time
Celeriac is a form of celery that is grown for its swollen root. It needs to be grown in fertile rich soil 45 - 80 cms apart. It needs to be watered generously. It may be ready for harvest in 14 to 28 weeks. That was the theory. Here is the reality.

Growing Celeriac
I had never grown Celeriac before when in February a member of our group had too many seedlings. At the time I posted a photo of a tiny Celeriac promising to keep you informed regarding its progress. Celeriac is a form of Celery, but not its stalks are eaten, but its swollen root.
